Refund policy
Want to return your item? Contact us within 7 days of order receipt to start a return by emailing us at wendyshraydesigns@gmail.com.
Items must be unworn, in the original packaging, sent with tracking (and insurance for orders over $100) and mailed with tracking within 7 days of RA issuance. BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING costs. Please note: While I offer free shipping on many items, when an item is returned, the ACTUAL SHIPPING COST that was incurred to send the order is NOT REFUNDED and WILL BE DEDUCTED from the refund. Returned items that do not meet the return criteria or no RA number was assigned will not be accepted. Items returned that were purchased "On Sale" are eligible for STORE CREDIT / EXCHANGE only. Refunds may take several days to process once returned items are received.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on worn items, sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
